Mr. Douglas L. Mason – President, C.E.O. and Director
Former President and CEO of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, Mr. Mason has spent many successful years in the public and private financial arenas.
Mr. Mason is President and CEO of Waterfront Capital Corporation and President, Director and sole shareholder of Criterion Capital Corporation (a private investment and financial consulting company)
Mr. Sead Hamzagic, CPA, CGA, CFO and Director
Mr. Hamzagic has over 20 years of public practice accounting and financial management experience.
Mr. Hamzagic is currently on the board of directors and Chief Financial Officer for a number of private and publicly trading companies that form part of the conglomerate group of companies chaired by Mr. Mason. Mr. Hamzagic is a member in good standing with the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia.
Mr. Robert Middleton, P.Eng. – Qualified Person and VP Exploration
Mr. Middleton is the Company’s VP of Exploration and is acting as the Company’s Qualified Person and geological consultant, in accordance with regulations under NI 43-101.
Mr. Andrzej Kowalski – Director – Audit Commitee
Mr. Kowalski is a successful entrepreneur and multiple business owner. He is also a qualified lawyer experienced in commercial law and litigation. Much of Andrzej’s business career has involved founding, financing, operating and selling technology companies both in the private and public sectors. He also has experience with real estate development and investing. Andrzej holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Monash University, Australia and a Master of Laws degree from The University of British Columbia.
Mr. Mehrun Payravi- Director – Audit Commitee
Mr. Payravi has over 24 years of Canadian and international pharmacy experience, working with major Canadian drug store chains such Shoppers Drug Mart and Rexall.
Dr. Payravi completed his Doctral Degree in the field of Pharmacy at the University of Tehran, Iran in 1993 and is a registered Pharmacist in Alberta and British Columbia.
