East West Resource Corporation files NI 43-101 Report on its Marshall Lake (Copper, Gold, Silver & Zinc) Property
West Vancouver, British Columbia – February 2, 2010 – East West Resource Corporation (the “Company” or “East West”) is pleased to announce the filing of a National Instrument 43 -101 Report dated January 27, 2010 (the “Report”) regarding East West’s joint venture Marshall Lake Property. The Marshall Lake Property is subject to a joint venture agreement with Marshall Lake Company PLC. As referred to in the Report, the Marshall Lake Property consists of 65 unpatented mining claims and 89 leased claims (for a total of 965 claim units or approximately 60 square miles) and is located approximately 390 km north-northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario (easily accessible via Hwy 11/17).
The NI 43-101 Report focuses on a significant 58 drill hole program that was completed in late 2008 on zones known as the Gazooma, North Gazooma, Teck Hill, Cherry Hill. The Report can be viewed on SEDAR and on the Company’s website at www.eastwestres.com.
This news release has been reviewed and approved by Mr. Robert Middleton, P. Eng., and Geophysicist, who is acting as the Company’s Qualified Person for this project in accordance with Regulations under NI 43-101.
